شروط الاستخدام — «ستة»

هالشروط بينك وبين عيسى إبراهيم، اللي يشغّل «ستة». لما تستخدم اللعبة، أنت موافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وتنطبق بعد اتفاقية أبل لترخيص التطبيقات.
اللعبة
- «ستة» لعبة ورق (كوت بو ستة) للتسلية.
- ما فيها رهان ولا فلوس ولا جوائز، والنقاط ما لها أي قيمة.
- التدريب ضد الذكاء الاصطناعي ببلاش، وبدون حساب.
- في «العب الحين»، لما ما يكفي اللاعبين المتصلين، ممكن تكتمل الطاولة بلاعبين يتحكم فيهم الكمبيوتر، عشان ما تنتظر.
حسابك
- اللعب أونلاين يحتاج حساب، بالدخول بأبل أو قوقل.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص. ممنوع تسوي حسابات زيادة عشان تاخذ ألعاب مجانية زيادة.
- لازم عمرك يكون ١٣ سنة أو أكثر.
- اسمك ويوزرك وصورتك يشوفهم اللاعبين، وكلامك في الصوت المباشر يسمعونه، فتنطبق عليهم شروط «الأسماء والصور والصوت» تحت.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك أي وقت من داخل اللعبة: الإعدادات، بعدها «حذف الحساب».
الاشتراكات
عندنا اشتراكين، وكل واحد مستقل عن الثاني:

اشتراك الأونلاين (شهري أو سنوي): تلعب «العب الحين» مع الغرباء بلا حد.
- كل حساب له لعبتين مجانيتين في «العب الحين» قبل ما يحتاج الاشتراك.

اشتراك طاولة الربع (شهري أو سنوي): تفتح طاولات لربعك متى ما تبي.
- ربعك يدخلون طاولتك ببلاش، بدون اشتراك.
- الطاولة تمشي لما يكون فيها لاعب قاعد مشترك. لو طلع، اللعب يوقف عند القيم الجاي، والطاولة تنتظر ٣ دقايق يرجع أو يشترك أحد، وبعدها تتسكّر.
- التجربة: اللي مب مشترك له قيم واحد ببلاش مع ربعه، مرة وحدة لكل حساب وجهاز، وتنحسب على كل اللي قاعدين وقت توزيع الورق. طاولة التجربة لازم تبدأ خلال ٣ دقايق من فتحها، وبعد القيم تنتظر ٣ دقايق إن واحد منهم يشترك، وإلا تتسكّر.
اشتراك الأونلاين ما يفتح طاولة ربع، واشتراك طاولة الربع ما يفتح «العب الحين».
الدفع والتجديد:
- السعر والمدة يبانون في التطبيق قبل الشراء، بعملة بلدك.
- الدفع عن طريق حساب أبل، وينخصم لما تأكّد الشراء.
- الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا بنفس المدة، إلا إذا ألغيته قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة.
- تلغي وتدير اشتراكك من إعدادات حسابك في أبل. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد الجاي، واشتراكك يظل شغّال لين نهاية الفترة اللي دفعتها.
- الاسترداد عن طريق أبل، وحسب سياستها.
- لو تغيّر السعر، أبل تبلّغك قبل التجديد حسب قوانينها.
- الاشتراك مربوط بحسابك في اللعبة. لو غيّرت جهازك، اضغط «استرجاع المشتريات» من الإعدادات.
الأسماء والصور والصوت
ما في أي تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء في الأسماء واليوزرات والصور الشخصية، والكلام في الصوت المباشر. ممنوع:
- العري والإيحاء.
- المحرّم دينيًا أو المسيء للأديان.
- الكراهية والعنصرية والعنف.
- الإساءة لأي شخص أو التحرّش.
- انتحال شخص أو جهة.
في بطاقة أي لاعب «بلّغ» و«احظر»:
- البلاغ يوصلنا ونراجعه خلال ٢٤ ساعة.
- الحظر يخفي عنك صورة اللاعب وكلامه.
- و«اكتم صوته» يوقف صوته عندك في الصوت المباشر.
نشيل المحتوى المخالف، ونوقف الحساب اللي ينشره، بدون إنذار.
اللعب النظيف
ممنوع:
- الغش، والتواطؤ مع لاعبين ثانيين.
- برامج تلعب عنك، أو تعدّل اللعبة.
- استغلال الأخطاء.
- الإساءة للاعبين.
لو خالفت، نقدر ننبّهك، أو نمنعك من «العب الحين»، أو نوقف حسابك. إيقاف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراكك عند أبل، فتقدر تلغيه من إعدادات أبل.
الخدمة
- نحاول تكون اللعبة شغّالة دايمًا، بس ممكن توقف للصيانة أو لأسباب برّا يدنا.
- نقدر نطوّر اللعبة ونغيّر مزاياها.
- اللعب أونلاين يحتاج إنترنت.
الملكية
اللعبة وتصميمها وورقها وأصواتها ملك المشغّل. تستخدمها للتسلية الشخصية بس.
المسؤولية
نقدّم اللعبة مثل ما هي. وبالقدر اللي يسمح فيه القانون، ما نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة من استخدامها.
القانون
تحكم هالشروط قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
التغييرات
لو تغيّرت هالشروط، نحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق. والتغيير المهم نقوله داخل التطبيق بعد.
التواصل

These terms are between you and Issa Ibrahim, who operates Sitta. By using the game, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The game
- Sitta is a card game (Kout Bu Sitta) for entertainment.
- There is no betting, no money and no prizes. Points have no value.
- Practice against AI players is free and needs no account.
- In Play Now, when there aren't enough players online, a table may be completed with computer-controlled players so you don't have to wait.
Your account
- Playing online requires an account, through Sign in with Apple or Google.
- One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free games is not allowed.
- You must be 13 or older.
- Other players see your name, username and photo, and hear what you say in live voice chat, so the "Names, photos and voice" rules below apply to them.
- You can delete your account at any time inside the game: Settings, then "Delete account".
Subscriptions
We offer two subscriptions, each independent of the other:

Online subscription (monthly or yearly): play "Play Now" with other players, without limits.
- Every account gets two free "Play Now" games before it needs the subscription.

Friends table subscription (monthly or yearly): open tables for your friends whenever you want.
- Your friends join your table for free, without a subscription.
- A table plays while at least one seated player has this subscription. If they leave, play stops before the next hand, and the table waits 3 minutes for them to come back or for someone to subscribe, then closes.
- Trial: without a subscription you get one free hand with your friends, once per account and device. It counts for everyone seated when the cards are dealt. A trial table must start within 3 minutes of opening, and after the hand it waits 3 minutes for one of you to subscribe, otherwise it closes.
The online subscription doesn't open friends tables, and the friends table subscription doesn't open "Play Now".
Payment and renewal:
- The price and length are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If a price changes, Apple notifies you before renewal under its rules.
- Subscriptions are linked to your game account. On a new device, tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
Names, photos and voice
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content in names, usernames, profile photos and live voice chat. Not allowed:
- Nudity or sexual content.
- Content that is religiously prohibited or offensive to any religion.
- Hate, racism or violence.
- Abuse or harassment of anyone.
- Impersonating a person or an organization.
Every player card has "Report" and "Block":
- Reports reach us and we review them within 24 hours.
- Blocking hides that player's photo and chat from you.
- "Mute" stops that player's voice for you in live voice chat.
We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the accounts that post it, without notice.
Fair play
Not allowed:
- Cheating, or colluding with other players.
- Programs that play for you or modify the game.
- Exploiting bugs.
- Abusing other players.
If you break these rules, we may warn you, block you from "Play Now", or suspend your account. Suspending your account doesn't cancel your subscription with Apple; you can cancel it in your Apple settings.
The service
- We aim to keep the game running at all times, but it may stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
- We may improve the game and change its features.
- Playing online requires an internet connection.
Ownership
The game, its design, cards and sounds belong to the operator. You may use it for personal entertainment only.
Liability
We provide the game as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect loss from using it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date above. We'll also announce important changes inside the app.
