«ستة» لعبة ورق (كوت بو ستة) يشغّلها عيسى إبراهيم. نكتب هني بالضبط وش نجمع، وليش، وكيف تحذفه.

اللي نجمعه

• الدخول:
  • لما تدخل بأبل أو قوقل، يوصلنا معرّف حسابك عندهم، ونحفظه مربوط بحسابك في اللعبة.
  • يوصلنا إيميلك بعد لو شاركته. أبل تقدر تخفيه عنا.
  • مع دخول أبل نحفظ رمز مشفّر، عشان نلغي ربط حسابك عندها لما تحذفه.
• اسمك ويوزرك وصورتك:
  • الاسم واليوزر اللي تختارهم بنفسك.
  • المشترك يقدر يحط صورته الشخصية من جواله، وغير المشترك تحطها له الإدارة بس.
  • الصورة تنصغّر في جوالك قبل لا ترتفع، ونرفع الصورة اللي تختارها بس، وما نقرأ صورك الثانية.
  • يشوفهم اللاعبين على الطاولة، وفي بطاقتك، وفي دفتر المجلس وسبورته.
  • تقدر تشيل صورتك متى ما بغيت.
• البلاغات والحظر: البلاغات اللي ترسلها عن لاعبين، وقائمة اللي حظرتهم. نراجع المبلّغ عنه عشان نمنع المحتوى الممنوع.
• قايمة الربع:
  • الصداقة بطلب وقبول: ما أحد يصير من ربعك إلا لو قبلت.
  • ربعك يشوفون اسمك ويوزرك وصورتك، وإذا تلعب الحين، وآخر مرة فتحت فيها التطبيق.
  • نحفظ الطلبات والدعوات لطاولتك عشان تشتغل الخدمة، والدعوة تختفي بعد عشر دقايق.
  • تقدر تشيل أي واحد من ربعك متى ما بغيت، والحظر يشيله بعد.
• موقعك التقريبي:
  • الدولة والمدينة من عنوان الاتصال. ما نستخدم الـGPS أبد.
  • دولتك ممكن تطلع للاعبين كعلم جنب اسمك، مثل سلّم الصقور. ومدينتك ما تطلع للاعبين.
• اللعب: سجل المباريات، والقيمات، والنتائج، وإحصاءات لعبك.
• سلّم الصقور:
  • نقاطك ورتبتك في كل موسم من مباريات «العب الحين»، وتاريخ تغيّرها.
  • يشوف اللاعبين رتبتك ونقاطك واسمك وصورتك في السلّم، ورتبتك جنب اسمك على الطاولة.
• الصوت المباشر (في طاولات الربع والمجالس بس):
  • المايك مسكّر من البداية. نطلب إذن المايك بس لما تضغط زرّه، وتقدر تسحب الإذن من إعدادات الآيفون.
  • صوتك يوصل اللي معك على الطاولة وقتها عن طريق Cloudflare، وما نسجّله ولا نحفظه.
  • نحفظ بس متى دخلت الصوت وطلعت، ومتى فتحت المايك وسكّرته، عشان نشغّل الخدمة ونمنع الإساءة.
  • تقدر تكتم أي لاعب من بطاقته، وتبلّغ عن كلامه.
• «الدخيل» مع شخصيات المجلس:
  • قبل أول جولة نطلب موافقتك، ونقول لك وين يروح صوتك وكلامك.
  • لما تتكلم مع الشخصيات، صوتك يتحوّل كلام مكتوب عند ElevenLabs، وما نحفظ صوتك.
  • الكلام المكتوب يروح لـAnthropic عشان الشخصيات ترد عليك.
  • الشخصيات ذكاء اصطناعي. تقدر تبلّغ عن أي كلام منها، ونحفظ الكلام المبلّغ عنه عشان نراجعه.
  • نحفظ عدد جولاتك، عشان التجربة المجانية والحد اليومي.
• «تواصل ويانا»: رسايلك للدعم وردودنا عليها، عشان نساعدك.
• تجربة الطاولة الخاصة: عشان تكون مرة وحدة لكل جهاز، نسأل خدمة DeviceCheck من Apple إذا جهازك جرّبها، ونعلّمه عندها لما تجرّب. ما نحفظ معرّف جهازك عندنا.
• حفظ صورة فوزك: لما تحفظها، نطلب إذن إضافة صورة لصورك بس، وما نقرأ صورك.
• الاشتراك ومشتريات «الدخيل»:
  • الدفع كله عند أبل، وما نشوف بيانات بطاقتك.
  • يوصلنا منها حالة اشتراكك، ونوعه، وتواريخه، وسعره، والحزم اللي اشتريتها.
  • نحفظ رصيدك من ألعاب «الدخيل».
• تشغيل اللعبة: أخطاء التطبيق ونسخته، وإحصاءات عامة بدون هويتك، مثل عدد اللاعبين الحين. وعشانها نحفظ في جوالك معرّف عشوائي مب مربوط بحسابك، نعدّ فيه الأجهزة بدون ما نعرف صاحبها.
• الكلام السريع على الطاولة: عبارات جاهزة توصل للاعبين وقتها، وما نحفظها.

ليش نستخدمها

• عشان نشغّل اللعب والحساب والاشتراك.
• عشان نحسب ترتيبك في سلّم الصقور.
• عشان نمنع الغش والإساءة.
• عشان نصلّح المشاكل ونحسّن اللعبة.

ما نبيع بياناتك. وما في إعلانات، ولا تتبّع إعلاني.

مع منو نشاركها

ما نشاركها إلا مع اللي نعتمد عليهم في تشغيل اللعبة:

• Cloudflare: الاستضافة، وتوصيل الصوت المباشر.
• Apple: الدخول، والدفع، وDeviceCheck.
• Google: الدخول، لو اخترته.
• ElevenLabs: تحويل صوتك لكلام مكتوب في «الدخيل» مع الشخصيات، وأصوات الشخصيات.
• Anthropic: ردود شخصيات المجلس في «الدخيل».

وكلهم ملزمين يحمون بياناتك بنفس مستوى الحماية اللي في هالسياسة. وما نشاركها مع أحد غيرهم، إلا لو طلبها القانون.

حذف حسابك

تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات، بعدها «حذف الحساب».

اللي ينمسح:

• اسمك، ويوزرك، وصورتك، وإيميلك، ومدينتك.
• قائمة اللي حظرتهم.
• قايمة ربعك وطلباتك ودعواتك.
• ربط حسابك بأبل أو قوقل. ونلغي رمز أبل بعد.
• إحصاءاتك، ونقاطك وتاريخك في سلّم الصقور.
• محادثاتك مع «تواصل ويانا».
• سجل الصوت.
• رصيدك من ألعاب «الدخيل».
• اسمك في سجل المباريات، والمباريات نفسها تظل بدونه.

اللي يظل:

• أثر مشفّر: ما يكشف هويتك. نحتفظ فيه عشان الألعاب المجانية والحظر ما يرجعون لو سوّيت حساب جديد.
• سجلات الاشتراك والمشتريات: تظل مثل ما تطلب الأنظمة المالية.
• عدد جولاتك في «الدخيل» وبلاغاتك عن كلام الشخصيات: تظل بدون هويتك، عشان التجربة المجانية ما ترجع، ولمراجعة المحتوى.

مدة الاحتفاظ

• نحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود، وتنمسح لما تحذفه، إلا اللي مكتوب تحت «اللي يظل».
• سجل الصوت ما يظل أكثر من ٩٠ يوم.
• أخطاء التطبيق تنحفظ بدون هويتك.

حقوقك

• تقدر تعدّل اسمك ويوزرك وصورتك من داخل التطبيق.
• تقدر تسحب إذن المايك أو الصور متى ما بغيت من إعدادات الآيفون.
• تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، بإيميل للدعم.

الأطفال

اللعبة مو موجّهة لمن عمره أقل من ١٣ سنة.

لو تغيّرت هالسياسة، نحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق.

Privacy Policy — Sitta

Sitta is a card game (Kout Bu Sitta) operated by Issa Ibrahim. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Sign-in:
  • When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your account identifier from them and store it linked to your game account.
  • We also receive your email if you choose to share it. Apple lets you hide it from us.
  • With Apple sign-in we keep an encrypted token so we can revoke the link when you delete your account.
• Your name, username and photo:
  • The name and username you choose yourself, and your profile photo if you add one.
  • The photo is resized on your phone before it's uploaded.
  • Other players see them at the table, on your player card, and in a majlis's ledger and board.
  • You can remove your photo at any time.
• Reports and blocks: reports you send about other players, and the list of players you blocked. We review reported content to keep prohibited content out.
• Approximate location:
  • Country and city derived from your connection address. We never use GPS.
  • Your country may be shown to other players as a flag next to your name, for example in the Falcon Ladder. Your city is not shown to players.
• Gameplay: match records, hands, scores and your game statistics.
• Falcon Ladder (ranking):
  • Your points and rank in each season, from Play Now matches, and the history of their changes.
  • Other players see your rank, points, name and photo in the ladder, and your rank next to your name at the table.
• Live voice chat (private friends tables and majlis tables only):
  • The microphone is off by default. We ask for microphone permission only when you tap the mic button, and you can withdraw it in your iPhone settings.
  • Your voice is relayed in real time to the players at your table through Cloudflare. We don't record or store it.
  • We only keep when you joined and left voice, and when you turned the mic on and off, to run the service and prevent abuse.
  • You can mute any player from their card and report what they say.
• Dakheel with the majlis characters:
  • Before your first round we ask for your consent and tell you where your voice and words go.
  • When you speak to the characters, your voice is converted to text by ElevenLabs. We don't store your voice.
  • The text is sent to Anthropic so the characters can reply to you.
  • The characters are AI. You can report anything they say, and we keep the reported text so we can review it.
  • We keep the number of rounds you play, for the free trial and the daily limit.
• "Contact us" (in-app support chat): the messages you send to support and our replies, so we can help you.
• Private table trial: to limit the free trial to once per device, we ask Apple's DeviceCheck service whether your device has used it, and mark it there when you do. We don't store your device identifier.
• Saving your win image: when you save it, we ask for permission to add a photo to your library only. We don't read your photos.
• Subscriptions and Dakheel purchases:
  • Apple handles all payments. We never see your card details.
  • Apple sends us your subscription status, type, dates and price, and the game packs you buy.
  • We keep your balance of Dakheel games.
• Operations: app errors, app version, and aggregate statistics that don't identify you, such as how many players are online. For these, we store a random identifier on your phone, not linked to your account, so we can count devices without knowing whose they are.
• Quick chat at the table: pre-written phrases relayed to the players at the time. We don't store them.

Why we use it

• To run the game, your account and your subscription.
• To calculate your Falcon Ladder ranking.
• To prevent cheating and abuse.
• To fix problems and improve the game.

We don't sell your data. There are no ads and no ad tracking.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the providers we rely on to run the game:

• Cloudflare: hosting and live voice relay.
• Apple: sign-in, payments and DeviceCheck.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
• ElevenLabs: converting your voice to text in Dakheel with the characters, and the characters' voices.
• Anthropic: the majlis characters' replies in Dakheel.

They are all bound to protect your data at the same level of protection described in this policy. We don't share it with anyone else unless required by law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the app: Settings, then "Delete account".

What we delete:

• Your name, username, photo, email and city.
• Your block list.
• The link to your Apple or Google account. We also revoke the Apple token.
• Your statistics, and your Falcon Ladder points and history.
• Your support chat messages.
• Your voice log.
• Your balance of Dakheel games.
• Your name from match records. The matches themselves remain, without your name.

What we keep:

• An encrypted trace: it doesn't reveal who you are. We keep it so free games and bans aren't reset by creating a new account.
• Subscription and purchase records: kept as financial regulations require.
• Your Dakheel round count and your reports about the characters: kept without your identity, so the free trial isn't reset and so we can review content.

Retention

• We keep your data while your account exists and delete it when you delete your account, except what is listed under "What we keep".
• The voice log is kept for no more than 90 days.
• App errors are stored without your identity.

Your rights

• You can change your name, username and photo inside the app.
• You can withdraw microphone or photo permission at any time in your iPhone settings.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support.

Children

Sitta is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
